In 1986 Iran Aircraft Industries faced the urgency of having new Hangar for repair and maintenance of wide-bodied aircrafts and jet fighters with their available H-shaped profiles; Namvaran managed to design the widest and tallest hangar in the Middle East, rooming four 747 and two smaller planes with their associated aerospace facilities.
