Mehr Petro Kimia Complex (MEPEC) has two process units, PDH Plant with a name plate capacity of 450 kTPA from which 450 kTPA of Polypropylene (PP) will be produced in different grades in PP plant. Also, some Utility units are located on the site of this complex. The PDH unit is from the UHDE license and the PP unit is from the MITUSI license. The single feed line (propane) is supplied from the third and fifth refineries. The length of the feed line is about 16 km. The Flare unit is located north of the country road. The design of the route from the north of the road to the location of the Stack (about 2.5 km) is in the description. Line design and utilities are also part of the service.
