Flare Gas Recovery & Ammonium Sulphate Plant which is located in Pars Special Economic Energy Zone, Nouri Petrochemical Complex in Assaluyeh, Iran consisting of below units:
-AMINE TREATING UNIT
The purpose of Amine Treatment Unit is to reduce the H2S content of sour off gas streams to lower than 10 wt. ppm, to recover valuable Hydrocarbons from sour off gas streams to produce LPG and in addition to reduce the environmental impacts of burning sour gases which are routing to flare.
-LPG Recovery Unit
The purpose of LPG Recovery Unit is to recover the maximum possible amount of C3+ components and then to separate LPG and C5+ as the main products of this unit.
-Ammonium sulphate plant
The produced acid gas from amine regeneration cycle will also be routed to Ammonium Sulphate Unit as feed stream with ammonia for production of Ammonium Sulphate Granule.
